  • All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage with tracking! Delivery times may vary but can usually fall between 2-7 days.

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact hello@soursword.store ASAP after placing your order. If your order has not shipped, we will refund the order.  

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use our contact form to initiate a return, including your order number.

    I do not provide exchange pre paid shipping labels.

  • At the moment shipping is restricted to the United States as I start the business. Hoping to expand to international shipping in 2027!
